Queensland's Youth Week activities spanned the entire state for the first time this year with the Shout. Share. Live. Unite. Online Competition allowing everyone to get involved in Youth Week 2008!
The theme was 'perspectives on community' - whether that be town, school, clubs, or online community - or issues that concern youth - like climate change or education or any other issue young Queenslander's wanted to raise.
Entries could be submitted in animation, audio, design, film, interactive media, photography, visual arts or writing. The competition provided the perfect opportunity to showcase the skills of young Queenslanders.
The competition had two categories - Junior (12-17) and Senior (18-25). Junior entrants were in the running to win one of two laptops, while senior entrants could win one of two $2000 cash prizes! Winners of the laptops and $2000 cash prizes will be announced in June!
