What do members of YMCA QYP do?

The YMCA Queensland Youth Parliament 2007 Youth Members will debate in their committees on several different Bills.

At the conclusion of the sitting, the Youth Governor may grant assent to the Youth Bills passed, making them Youth Acts of Parliament.

The Youth Acts, as well as all other issues raised during the Youth Parliament, are passed on to the government and opposition for their consideration.

These form the basis of local action plans for youth members to make a difference in their community.
