Youth Bill

A Bill is an Act in draft which needs to be passed by the Parliament and receive Royal Assent before becoming a law. Youth Bills are about issues that affect young people and their communities.

Zonal System

An electoral system in which the state is divided into zones with varying quotas for the return of members. Queensland's State electoral system was based on a zonal system from 1949 to 1989.
